SLOCOACH began with a simple yet powerful idea. In 2015, our co-founder, Luke Jecks, watched his kids record skateboarding tricks in slow motion to analyse their mistakes. That spark inspired the creation of a platform that connects learners with experts for personalised feedback - making world-class coaching accessible to all.
Together with co-founder and professional rugby player Luke Holmes, we partnered with renowned athletes and coaches across multiple sports to test and refine the concept. Their input shaped SLOCOACH into more than just a tool - it became a movement to redefine coaching and learning in sport.

SLOCOACH launched with one idea: coaching without proximity. Break the distance between expertise and the people who need it. Demand pulled us somewhere bigger. In 2023 we released SLOCOACH 2.0, a fully whitelabel platform.
Today SLOCOACH is a US-headquartered technology company, built in Australia, supporting national governing bodies, school associations, membership organisations, workforce programmes and government bodies across Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Our work now runs from coach and official certification for national sporting organisations, to compliance and onboarding across school networks, to trauma-informed practitioner training and survivor support.

What started as a coaching tool is a connected ecosystem for learning, accreditation, community and opportunity. Version 3, mobile-first, with an AI coaching copilot and private organisational knowledge vaults, is next.
